Description:
Abstract:
Key locations were designated by the South Washington Watershed District as regional assessment locations. The regional assessment locations establish a framework for characterizing and managing water resources at a regional level rather than solely at a site-specific (on-site) level.

This dataset supports "Table 6.5 -- Regional Assessment Locations" of the South Washington Watershed District's Watershed Management Plan. This table sets forth criteria to use in assessing potential impacts at identified locations. Many of the points incorporate criteria developed by XP-SWMM modeling performed by HDR, Inc. for the District. Other points will incorporate data from monitoring or other sources.

Purpose:
This dataset was developed in conjunction with the South Washington Watershed District Watershed Management Plan Update. Regional assessment locations as shown are representations of approximate locations. Locations are used to set benchmark targets based on best available modeling tools and other information. The dataset is used to evaluate the potential affects of projects or new developments on a regional basis and to evaluate the need for additional on-site or regional mitigation measures.
