South Washington Watershed District is requesting Bids for the construction of the following
Project:
St. Paul Park Network 3B BMP Design
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically through Quest until Friday, April
26, 2024 at 3:30 pm CST. Official Quote Selection will occur at the SWWD Board meeting on
Tuesday, May 14, 2024.
The Project includes the following Work:
Installing Best Management Practice (BMP) structures and pipe along 7th Ave in St. Paul Park, MN.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: St. Paul Park Network 3B BMP Design

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website:

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. The designated website will be
updated periodically with addenda, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the
Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the
designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including
addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
Expected Project Schedule
Virtual Bid Opening: April 30, 2024
Official Quote Selection: May 14, 2024
Notice to Proceed: May 15, 2024
Construction Activity can commence: September 9, 2024*
Substantial Completion and Project Close: November 1, 2024
*Or earlier upon written confirmation and request from Owner
